Race for the Cure

Today Anna, Laura, Jillian and I walked 5km in The Race for the Cure. I didn't know how the heck we were going to make it out of the house before 730am but we did it!!! We had a lot of fun walking with thousands of others in downtown Seattle. I have spent the rest of the day recovering (not from exertion, from getting up so early). Anna and I chilled out at home...well she chilled and I did random house work mixed in with attempting to provide age appropriate stimulation for the times when she was awake. Newborns are awake for so few hours a day that when they actually do open their eyes, you want to take advantage of it!!!
