The holidays have come and gone and my hopes of sending out Happy New Year's cards in lieu of a belated Merry Christmas cards have faded. Perhaps Happy Spring cards will make it in the mail or "We made it through winter" cards...however no one in Seattle will really know what I am talking about. Enough chatter; my goal is to post a few pictures before I need to get ready for work, before Anna wakes up and the task becomes infinitely more chaotic...this is old...I never posted on that day...5 days later and Dave and Anna are away....I don't know what happened that morning.
Without further delay, here are some pics from our holidays. We spent a lot of time with the Lendrum/Malloch side of the Lendrum/Fort contigent this year; starting in Calgary to visit my brother and sister and parents (who flew with us). We had a brief interlude in Seattle where we spent time with the Forts and then we were off to the Methow for the New Year Celebration. It was a reaaly fun break and difficult to come back to the rigors of working...good thing that I like what I am doing!
FYI the pictures did not upload the way I wanted but I am not going to switch then around. They start from New Year's and go backwards.

At the Ice Rink in Winthrop. Anna liked watching Grandpa skate.

The Birthday Girl!! It was an animal themed party..as you will notice...
