Dave and I spent some time just hanging out at home this weekend. It is so rare that we have a full weekend off together. Usually I'm either working one of the two days or Dave is off at a Regatta. It was awesome to just sit on the couch and sip some apple cider. We even succesfully had a fire without burning down the house or entirely smoking out the living room. I just kept saying...is the flue open? You are sure that the flue is open? Dave thought that was just a bit annoying but he forgave me because there is a reason why my brother nicknamed him "Smokey".
You may be wondering how we took these pictures. Well, Dave bought me a new camera for my birthday. Just in time for our upcoming trip to Washington, D.C. this thursday. Stay tuned for more pictures that are not scammed off of the internet.

Hello there Wendy and Dave. Good to see that mental health is important. I think there should be an award for people who take care of themselves. I just had a 2 hour nap, because I taught for 6.5 hours today !
